Happy Passover!

Versatile Caulifower!
How versatile cauliflower can be! Use it as a delicious alternative to rice or couscous. Of course you can always roast them, but be adventurous and give one of these versions a try if you haven't already. Here are a few of our favorite ways to eat cauliflower. Perfect dishes to serve for Passover or for a lower carbohydrate and delicious alternative.
Try our “mashed potatoes,” our “rice,” "couscous" and our curry. Even a vegetable hating guest at Susan’s seder took second helpings of the “mashed potatoes.”
