18 Lunch and Dinner Vegetarian and Vegan Meals!

Are you tired of eating the same old boring meals? Want to spice things up with some and delicious vegetarian and vegan options? Look no further, my friend! We've got menus with links to recipes that will make your taste buds do the cha-cha and keep you feeling like a million bucks.

Soups: To make a meal a bit more substantial, add a soup as a first course. Most of my soups are vegan. For your ease, soups are listed as vegan, vegetarian or meat. Follow the link to Soups. For Day 4, with Udon Soup as lunch, add an egg roll or dumpling!
