Sweet Potato Pie

Sweet Potato Pie
2 cups sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 tbs. flour
2 cups sweet condensed milk (1 can)
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Combine mashed sweet potatoes with sugar and flour.

Stir in beaten eggs, mix in cinnamon and nutmeg add remaining ingredients mix until well combined.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 45 minutesor until done. Pie should rise slightly and middle should nolonger look wet or shiny.
