Get Ready for Thanksgiving:
Mini Corn Fritters with Red Pepper Aioli
What a great way to start a Thanksgiving meal!
Corn is a traditional dish on Thanksgiving, most probably going back to the first dinner between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag in Massachusetts.
When made larger, the fritters are great for a side dish
or plated appetizer. The aioli sauce can be placed in a squirt bottle for an easy serving and decorative presentation.
The mini corn fritters make great appetizers for any dinner, party or even a light lunch. Serve the aioli on the side for dipping.
