Mango-Tango Smoothie

Serves 1

 

1 cup orange juice, fresh or store bought, about 3 oranges

½ cup coconut water

1 cup mango, fresh or frozen

1 banana, fresh or frozen

2 cups spinach, fresh, optional

  1. Place orange juice and coconut water in the blender. Add mango, banana and spinach.

  2. Purée until smooth.
