Who could resist these adorable ghosts! This Halloween version of Mama's Meringues is easy and can be made ahead of time. It’s the perfect two-bite treat, great for Halloween or any special occasion or for when that sweet tooth craving arrives. 

 

To pipe the ghost, we used a zip lock bag with a nickel size opening. You can also use a pastry bag, but a disposable bag saves on clean up. Even if you have a hard time piping the ghost upward or don't get the whites stiff enough, you can just spoon the mixture onto the pan. As you can see, flat ghosts

still look just as cute.
