Hoisin Glazed Salmon
Hoisin Sauce and I have fallen in love! I have tried it I 3 stir fries-- beef, chicken and seitan. All delicious. I used it on grilled chicken. Fabulous. Now it was time for salmon and Hoisin Glazed Salmon was a hit. It turned out so well that I sent it as a thank you to friends who had helped me. Hoisin Glazed Salmon is easy to make, scrumptious to eat and beautiful in its presentation. A great Mother's Day brunch.
I baked the salmon but you could also grill or sauté the fillets. Once you try it, hoisin sauce is going to be a staple in your home too.
