Infused or Flavored Liquors are easy to make and are perfect for mixed drinks.

The basic recipe adds a single flavor to a liquor.

Vodka is the most common, but you can also use gin, Sake, light rum or Tequila. Fruit or other ingredients infuse faster and more strongly when cut up. Leave fruit in or strain as desired. Store in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator.
