Meet Susan Weintrob, expandthetable blogger, Foodie Lit reviewer, and Deli Man's Daughter!
Susan grew up around food and its prep. Her father owned The Royal Dell, a deli and catering business, which taught her the key components of the industry. “Writing food blogs is an amazing opportunity. Cooking and talking about food are simply fun and take me back to memories of my Dad.”
Susan writes full time now that she has retired from education. “I've always loved to write and that led me to teaching literature and composition for many years in high school and college, as well as writing a newspaper column for many years.” She later became an independent school administrator. From New Jersey, Susan and her husband Neil, a concert violinist, lived on both coasts, in the heartland, in Paris (France) and now Charleston. She has two children.
Susan is a regular contributor to online journals and newspapers, book reviewer and contributer to indiebrag, and its website bragmedallion.com, an online independent authors global organization. Susan has written a cookbook Eat, Read and Dream, with Geri Clouston. This cookbook is inspired by her Foodie Lit columns and is available on Amazon.
