Lunch and Dinner Menus for Omnivores
If you are not inspired to put together menus or figure out what’s for lunch or dinner today, these weekly menu suggestions are coming to your rescue!! Healthy meals, some super easy, a few for special occasions and all with linked recipes, tips and suggestions for variations. Healthy diets should have a variety of foods, lots of vegetables, whole grains and of course, your favorite foods! Should you prefer certain categories of foods, such as vegan or vegetarian, search for this under the Recipe Index and of course, always reach out to me for with questions, suggestions or your thoughts. There will be a special meal each week and I’ll let you know on which day the special is found!
Please note that while there are individual menu suggestions for each lunch and dinner, feel free to make extra, with enough food to serve 2 meals or freeze for the future. How much to prepare depends on how many you are cooking for. A great time saver!!
The special meal this week is on Day 6 dinner!! A dessert suggestion? One of my favorites: Almond Flour Brownies. So delish you'd never know it's gluten free!
